Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a serene two-night escape. The cozy standard double room offered comfort, but dining options after 5 PM were limited. Best to plan meals ahead. The experience could be enhanced by offering breakfast later. The attentive staff made the stay enjoyable despite the hiccups.

Lovely stay in a charming location
We stayed for two nights in a King Suite, and the experience was delightful. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious with a newly decorated feel and a big smart TV, which added a modern touch. We also appreciated the Saturday market at the back of the pub, featuring local delicacies. breakfast wasn't included, and we would have liked a better morning breakfast option.

missingWrote a review on 17 Junlarge wardrobeconvenient locationmissing hangers
The King Room offered a large walk-in wardrobe, which is great for keeping things tidy. Convenient location made for easy access to explore the village and surrounding areas.
Coat-hangers seemed to be missing, which is kind of an odd oversight for a hotel. The bathroom didn't have sufficient space for toiletries, and options near the mirror were non-existent. The window situation was a bit awkward too. once the blinds were pulled up, anyone outside had a direct view into the room. I also found the lighting to be a bit dim for getting ready in the morning, which isn't ideal. there were some tech issues with the Nespresso machine and the TV that detracted from the experience.
